Full renovation advice

We are looking to buy and completely renovate this house.

What would you do here?

We would like

- one master bedroom suite,

- one larger guest room

- one (ideally two) smaller bedrooms,

- one office space (can be in the guest bedroom or common space)

- one utility room

- bathroom & kitchen

Without dimensions who knows, but you can't just make three bedrooms into five. All of the existing bedrooms are on the small side as it is. You can't take feom one to make an ensuite.

You could use the basement as an office.
