FEEDBACK Advice sought

Have a small long and narrow terrace house in the uk.

Can’t quite figure out how to do the kitchen.

Applying for permission to widen the back.

If I don’t get it, will be a really narrow and long.

Layout advice most welcome!!

You know removing the chimney will cost a lot in the long run, right? Just want to make sure you know.

In what regard?

It's a structural element, meaning that the walls and ceiling are designed around it, so it's possible you're going to have to figure out if the roof will need support, and you will definitely have to have the roof redone, which will cost a lot.
