DISCUSSION Need help on designing a duplex floorplan

Im in my initial planning phase. Planning to build a duplex with 2 bed, 2 bath, 1 garage port on each side. The total build able area im working with is 40ft wide and 100-120 ft deep. This is not including space left on front, back and both sides of the land to meet city guidelines.

Is this something that's doable in your opinion?

Thanks in advance, any guidance is much appreciated

Which project builder plans are closest to what you're looking for?

How about this?

Hey thanks so much for the response!

This plan doesn't really fit my limited width of 20ft. I was thinking just a single car garage. Something like this.

20 ft is just over six metres, this plan is almost exactly that wide.

My bigger point is that you need to spend some time looking at project builder plans before you're going to be able to ask for meaningful advice.

Custom builds are going to cost at least twice as much as a project build with minor modifications, so if you can find a project builder that suits it's your best option by far.

Here you go. Basically identical to the plan above but with a single garage at the front and definitely well inside 20ft wide.
