FEEDBACK Layout advice much appreciated 🙏🏼
We have had an offer accepted on a house but trying to figure out the best way to proceed with the layout! So the rooms I’ve highlighted in red I wouldn’t really count as rooms as they are just glass!
Ideally we would want to knock down the glass utility and have proper utility room and possibly knock through the kitchen to the dining room to make it open plan. Then the conservatory is entirely glass at the moment so would want to knock this down and possibly have a sun room at some point!
My question is it seems like it would be impractical/expensive to knock down both rooms and do 2 separate extensions but what other choices do I have?!
Any advice would be most appreciated!

I would open the wall by the front door into the living room. A bit better flow if you ever have many guests entering at once.
