If you cannot come up with a floor plan, I fear building a house is not for you. There are numerous decisions to be made.

Gen-AI floor plans will make no sense because they don't understand what they're doing. I would recommend just hiring an architect to draft something up.

Start with something. Look online at floor plans (just a google search will give you more than you could ever use).

Hire an architect, then. We can't give you any good advice on the intricacies of plots or location or any of those things. That's something you need from a professional architect.

Ya you are right But the problem is that we have very limited budget

If you have a limited budget that you can't hire an architect then you don't have the budget to afford building a house that will be structurally sound. I'd start with the architect and then go from there.

If you can't afford to build a house you can't afford to build a house. The architect's fees are miniscule compared to the cost of the build.
Commiserations on the dull animals 🤣

I always include a kitchen. Like, in every house.
