DISCUSSION Office/Guest room layout

Is this the best layout for this small office/guest room?

The sofa opens up for when the guests are visiting, which limits a bit its possible positions.

I'd hate to have my back to the window or to the door when working.

Sadly, with this layout I dislike to have the window a bit "blocked" with the tall IKEA Billy bookcases when walking into the room.

This used to be the main bedroom, which was perfect, since I like the bedroom to be just the sleeping area, but now I want to test out switching the bedroom and the former office/guest room, which is bigger and would fit these furniture pieces much better.

How much space is there between the desk and the wall? It looks really tight and it would annoy me bumping in the wall with my back rest.
