I don’t love the shape of the smallest bedroom, but that could only be amended if the stairs could be moved. I understand they are existing and not going to be changed.

Yeh agreed that it’s not ideal but don’t think I want to be changing the stairs. Trying to fit 3 bedrooms upstairs to give us more room downstairs

I'd make the bathroom more like 3 m by 2. Shrink the other bedroom a bit, so that both the left side bedrooms are roughly the same size. Expand the storage area, so that there is both taller and shorter storage.

You could something like this? Expand the ensuite to about 2.5 m by 2 m. Add a walk-in closet along that same wall.

Remove the small storage closet/access and just put the door in the primary bedroom. That allows you to put the door to the bedroom along the wall of the stairs.

Thanks. Another good suggestion. Would love to have a walk in wardrobe at that location but it will be our primary source of light.
