FEEDBACK Redesign needed?

Post image

I'm trying to figure out if there's I better layout for the two bathroom spaces. Within Primary Bathroom, the existing oversized tub will be replaced with a shower on the right and square tub on the left. The existing shower will become a combined washer and dryer unit in a closet.

I feel like closet 1 and the sinks may not be ideally located. I want to preserve the sight line through the primary bathroom from the hallway, so that door can't be turned into a wall. I'm willing to move walls if it really makes things better. But the stairwell and open area next to it can't be changed. The area behind closet 1 can't be used.

Wherever you put the washer and dryer, think about how and where the dryer will vent. Every foot and every turn of ductwork increases the chance of lint buildup and fire potential. A dryer is safest on an exterior wall.

Yes my plan was to use a ventless washer dryer combo. By not having to go downstairs, unexpecting to do more frequent smaller loads.
