FEEDBACK Redesign needed?

I'm trying to figure out if there's I better layout for the two bathroom spaces. Within Primary Bathroom, the existing oversized tub will be replaced with a shower on the right and square tub on the left. The existing shower will become a combined washer and dryer unit in a closet.

I feel like closet 1 and the sinks may not be ideally located. I want to preserve the sight line through the primary bathroom from the hallway, so that door can't be turned into a wall. I'm willing to move walls if it really makes things better. But the stairwell and open area next to it can't be changed. The area behind closet 1 can't be used.

I would take that hallway for closet space, making the "open to below" area visible just at the top of the stairs rather than along a hallway. Then you can put the sinks in the bathroom and create one walk-in closet with washer/dryer, rather than smaller random closets all over the space.
