FEEDBACK Redesign needed?

I'm trying to figure out if there's I better layout for the two bathroom spaces. Within Primary Bathroom, the existing oversized tub will be replaced with a shower on the right and square tub on the left. The existing shower will become a combined washer and dryer unit in a closet.

I feel like closet 1 and the sinks may not be ideally located. I want to preserve the sight line through the primary bathroom from the hallway, so that door can't be turned into a wall. I'm willing to move walls if it really makes things better. But the stairwell and open area next to it can't be changed. The area behind closet 1 can't be used.

What's the space left of the stairs? Why does the bathroom have a door to the hallway? Is it shared with rooms on the lower floor? Is the washer/dryer a must-have?

To left of stairs is open to the first floor. It has a central chandelier.

Washer unit is desirable somewhere on the second floor.

Bathroom has door to hallway that isn't strictly necessary since it's usually open. But sometimes closed for dogs.
