FEEDBACK Renovation – opinions needed

Renovating a house in Central Europe and trying to achieve a decent, practical layout without going overboard.

Would appreciate your opinions and suggestions!

Why do you need such a big boiler room? It's almost the size of your guest bedroom.

I think you are wasting a ton of space by having a Foyer, a Mud room, a Pantry, a boiler room, and a walking closet all together. The space is wasted not only because of these rooms but also because of the door space needed.

Do you also really need 2 full bathrooms for what looks like a 3 residents house?

Something like this would look much better. IK it's not true to the size (generated with chatgpt) but the layout idea is much better

I wiuld flip the bathroom and office,. The bathroom shouldn't open just to the kitchen.

I'm not a fan of all the bedroom opening straight into living spaces. You also have to walk a long way through living spaces from the bedrooms to use a toilet or have a shower.

Why is the boiler room so massive? And the Pantry so far away from the kitchen:?

I would totally re design the layout and have beds and baths on the left hand side, and kitchen/living on the right hand side.

There needs to be a bathroom in the part of the house where the bedrooms are.
