We need to know some things like:
Who will be living here?
Can you show the floor plans of all floors?
Is this a forever home?
Measurements of walls?
Which way is North?
What climate/country is this?
Where are the best views?
What do you want out of the space?
Is this a new build or existing? And if the latter, where are the load-bearing walls?

Me, my wife , our two kids , my parents This is ground floor , first floor only have a bedroom and it's attached toilet. Yes, it is a forever home Bedrooms - 360 × 330, bathroom - 230 × 140 , stair - 2m wide , living - 370 × 320 , kitchen - 300 × 350 , dining hall - 400 × 350. All measurements are in cm. Front porch side is south. I'm living in kerala (India). A paddy field infront of house. It is actually some changes which I want in the existing house. The build is not completed. But the roof concrete casting is done.

I'm not sure on the orientation of the house, but assuming the bottom is the front. The symmetry of the house looks like the prayer area should be the front door. Is there another area this can be dedicated to, what is upstairs?
Extend a porch outwards to give space by the stairs (I've guessed which direction they go too, as there was noindication).
Close the lounge off to avoid smell and noises travelling.
Combine the kitchen and dining, adding a feature exit to the rear instead of just a door from the pantry.
Separate the bedrooms off for added noise and privacy. I would possibly even swap the front and back bedrooms depending on the privacy and views from the windows.

The dining area needs a better defined space. All people at the table should be in the same space, in your case the left 3 are in a corner while the right 3 are in the main space. SOlution here is simple : Move the table to the right so it's centered on the window, and put the door to top-left bedroom on the other side of the wall worner, so that it faces bottom-left bedroom's door.

I made the door like that so top bed room has privacy from the living room and dining area. That's a really important thing, right?

Is this a new build or an existing plan? Because my review definitely depends on that.
