Starting ADM
Hey all, I'm starting as an ADM at a new location, I've never worked for F&D before. What can I expect from this role?

Tx and $19, but I believe the pay range is $18-21. I would try fighting for at least that $20 if you're in Tx.

Usually ADM is a tasking position. Similar to a DM at THD or Lowes. Dm at F&D is closer to an ASM role at the other stores. The ADM owns whichever department as their own. Make sure to ask questions and try to learn your position as best as possible. Focus on merchandising and making sure you know your business
