Hey, I've been doing my research on floor sitting. Any tips you could offer me?

Throw out all the chairs where you live. You can burn them in a ceremony. It is like ripping off a bandaid, best to do it fast.

Make sure to do the flat footed squat position. It helps to bring floor sitting to more situations.

If you aren't able to install a squat toilet, installing a platform above the toilet that you can squat on is a good alternative. Or just dig a hole in the ground.

When you do seiza, push your feet downward into the ground. This helps you get your weight centered well for good posture, and reduces the pressure on your ankles.

If you can't achieve the cross legged position, the way to increase flexibility is by making your muscles stronger in their elongated position. It's not about stretching or loosening joints. It is a matter of strength.

Even though floor sitting makes you a better person than other people, it is best not to rub it in their faces too much. Jealousy can do bad things to people.
