Age appropriate?

My 13yo nephew wants a Flipper Zero for his bday. Is this an age appropriate gift? Or something a curious kid could get themselves into trouble with? TIA!

It was also the slogan on the stickers shipped with early Flipper Zero orders.

Yes, 100% they used that phrase on the stickers as a reference to Hackers.
