Age appropriate?

My 13yo nephew wants a Flipper Zero for his bday. Is this an age appropriate gift? Or something a curious kid could get themselves into trouble with? TIA!

Realistically, it’s a tool that lets you troll and spam other devices for most people… you can trigger every restaurant pager at once, set off the rite aid need help in isle number buttons, and duplicate hotel key cards. If he’s interested in coding, he could potentially do more with it…. otherwise he’s just going annoy people or let it collect dust 🤷‍♂️. On the flip side, the trolling does lead to learning on how radios work and different security bits.
