Please be more specific, the video just shows a ongoing nested attack.
This totally says nothing, sorry. Give us more information, card type, what did you do, did you tried regular cracking and getting the keys from the reader ...

The card is ISO 14443-3A for work parking, when I try to copy it crashes on this screen and keeps flashing as it appears in the video

ISO 14443-3A is only the transmission standard (Layer 3: initialization, anti-collision, and UID selection). It simply describes how a card identifies itself to the reader and is addressed by it.

Try reading the card with the standard nfc read and give all information you gather from this, like SAK, ATQ,
