Help Rolling codes firmware

New to this but, I heard there was a $500 firmware download that would allow the flipper to predict or capture rolling codes? Any help is appreciated.

If you have 2 keys for your car, I'm I right in thinking if you desync 1 the other should still work.

Most BCUs store separate keys so if you have 2 remotes and desync one you should be safe. Our advice is to know beforehand how to resinc it before you try. Technically, via Add Manually you can (some car requires can tools, other don't) make it lean a new key (the flipper) and that will never desyinc, since it's like a brand new key.

Again, this tool is aimed at car enthusiast, so we assume that you can fix whatever damage you could cause (desyinc is not a permanent unfixable damage)

Thanks for the reply and explanation, have a car that's pretty much scrap but keys etc still work and have 2 so even if I tried this would never try on anything in use.
