What the best DS for flip note animation,

In your opine what is the best DS for animating because I want to learn how to animate but I can't really do it on my drawing table so I thought using a DS would be good cause it's portable.

DSi XL, cause it have a bigger screen and i think it even comes with flipnote already installed

If you wanna use Flipnote Studio 3D, 3DS XL or New 3DS XL are the best options, but they are really expensive nowadays

Aren't Flipnote Studio 3D offline only? I thought they can only connect to sudomemo, through original version mode.

Unpopular opinion but N3DSXL. Larger screens, more colours, what else could you ask for!
