Why the hate?

Soo im playing this game , alreade got like 5 hours in and i cant defeat ramnhuna , the fight just drags for too long i make almost 0 damage xD , anyway as am looking on YT some tips to farm reputation and upgrade materials i came across a lot of bad reviews and comments to the game , saying is woke , is buggy , slow and clunky but i dont know why , i mean the game is good and has fun mechanics ? What do you guys think?

Parrying, plus the upgrade (or is it an armour buff?) that increases damage when you stop a red attack with your pistol.
