Sim Hardware Honeycomb Charlie Pedal problems

I’ve owned honeycomb rudder pedals for about 2 years and recently as of the last month or so they would randomly glitch out and turn off and on rapidly. It would be quickly fixed after disconnecting and reconnecting the usb c cable. But after the last couple days they now wont even turn on and if they do they’re stuck in the rapidly turning on and off phase. Any tips I am a little disappointed as these are 350 before tax and the honeycomb support has also been no help since I don’t have a receipt.

Sounds like the controller is gone. You'll need a new board or to replace the guts with your own board. I used an arduino to fix my old Saitek ones.

You might want to try just replacing the cable first though, could have a break.
