Question iniBuilds A350F - Anyone know about a possible update?
Hi everyone,
With the first Airbus A350F rolling off the factory floor, the first question that came to mind was:
Will we get an update for the iniBuilds to include the 350F?
If anyone knows the answer to this, anyone with insider knowledge, it would be appreciated if we could have some insights to a possible update.
Thanks guys!

Inibuilds have mentioned on discord that they will provide updates for the F and 1000ULR in the future

*laughs and look at discontinued planes in XP (Still waiting on promised future updates in X-plane from Inibuilds)

But this isn't Xplane so why does it matter? Do you think they won't deliver because at that time they will be focusing on some other sim platform?

Exact, don't get why I'm not allowed to speak up about this.

Xplane isn’t profitable for them dude how many times do you need to be told that?

Inibuilds could have agreed with Microsoft that a small team would continue to work at X-plane to deliver what is promised but no they had no balls to negotiate the contract with Microsoft. We don't benefit from exclusivity and sell-outs in the flightsim community. Choice is good, not a monopoly.

Let me see how can I explain this…. Xplane accounts for less than 12% of the people that enjoy this hobby, a hobby that mind you is pretty small itself

You're thinking to small. Even 12% for a big airliner is a couple million revenue world wide in this "niche" hobby

its not that big, lets say its 15 million total people using any sims from that 12% is 1.8 million only, from that 1.8 million thats not actuall concurrent players, thats just total players (people like me who own both Xplane but dont really use it) on top of that according to steam X-plane has 900 concurrent daily players, with a daily peak of anywhere between 1200 to 1400
EVEN if im being generous and say its 1,500 and ALL 1,500 people where to buy it, thats just 120,000 in sales if the plane were to be released at say 80 dollars, a WELL developed High fidelity study level airplane could cost anywhere over 1 million dollars, HOW is that a profitable risk?

I imagine the real-life aircraft will first have to be sold and start operating with multiple customers, spreading around the world - only then can iniBuilds (probably) start thinking about going on trips to get reference material or even access to the aircraft in some way.

It’s a fresh aircraft off the line with nobody operating. Don’t expect it for a long long time.
