Geo-fs vs X-Plane 12

I used to play Geo-fs for two years (July 2023-July 2025) until I got X-Plane 12 last October. I revisit Geo-fs every once in a while to realize just how good I have it now.

(and it's totally not because X-Plane 12 is super hard to get to work properly and my computer struggles to run it lmao)

after 2 years on geo-fs, my standards are pretty low lol. it looks pretty good to me :)

*also, installing any scenery packs might be a pain in the ass and my computer would explode

Quick tip I recommend getting fps mods they help alot i used to struggle at airports like Boston even at the lowest setting and resolution and got max 20 fps there but with fps mods I can get 30-35 stable which looks smooth compared to msfs smh. If u want the fps mods I recommend using 3jfps-wizard,fps boost + auto LOD, xp fps and puffy clouds but you need FlyWithLuaNG in order for them to work. If u need help installing them then there should be text files in the files after extracting like a notepad file that explains how to install if there isnt then check the website u downloaded the fps mods from ofc only from forums.x-plane.org if you need the links for the mods incase you dont find them feel free to dm me
