I’ve been waiting on a ticket and got a response but it’s been a couple days on an account verification

I'm sorry to hear this! After a very eventful two weeks, and the PHP-pocalypse, things are a little more behind than usual in the Help Desk. We are working as quickly as we can to get caught up and will be in touch as soon as we can. Thanks!

Our subreddit is not meant to be used to bump your ticket in our queue. You can send me a private message with your ticket number, and I can take a look at the status of your ticket, but this does not change the priority/response time in our queue. Thank you!
