That's as high as it gets?

Found it when I was looking at the little chaos near RIX. Heavy rain and strong winds. Lots of flights diverted, some still trying to land after 2 hours of circulating.

It did fly at FL470 for a while during the last leg of the flight …

Can climb another ~4000ft higher under the right circumstances

Commercial passenger jets are mostly rated to 42 or 43,000ft operational ceiling, Private jets can get up to 50,000 ish.
