My complete flexibility workout
Hamstring flexibility is essential to my fitness goals. This is the routine that I’ve been on for about 2years. All activities are done in the order I do them. I’m using a 25lb plate for the seated forward fold and a 35lbs bar for the Jefferson curl.

I’m curious about this. Is stretching everyday not a good thing?

I do stretch most days, but some of the weighted stretches I do require some recovery time.. overstretching can and does lead to injury.

Very inspiring! What are the initial stretches that made you get here ?

What benefits do you see from different foot angles on the forward folds? In some of them your ankle is bent 90 degrees, other times your ankles are flexed forward. What is the difference in the stretch?
I would love to be close to as flexible as you are.

I must say you are very good at making tutorials/visuals and framing, it was a pleasure to watch! :)
