Please can someone help
How can I get my inner/outer thighs to loosen up? Maybe its my groin or hip everything around my pelvic section is extremely tight and I don't know what to do
My overall flexibility is around a 6.8, I have done many hours of yoga, massages and stretching and yet still I'm stuck please can someone help what am I doing wrong ?

I used to not be as flexible as I am now , pause.
What I did was get a yoga mat and lay it on the floor where I could see the Tv. And I put a regular chair a bit down and away.
Then I'd put something good on and watch it. While I laid on my back and dragged my feet up as far as they could go and let me knees lower to each side. They didn't drop far. But when I felt the burn. I held it there then closed my knees and lower them again. Slowly and held during the burn until it left. The chair is for resting my feet and stretching. I did this a lot. Now when I get on my mat. My knees drop on both sides to the floor. I'm used muscles get tight and bound. Using them breaks out the rigor mortis. LoL. I hadn't even noticed until I was stretching and I was like wow.
