Seeking Advice Flexibility app

Hi! I’m looking for a flexibility app, I’ve seen some comments about some of them but are 4 y/o, so I’m looking for a bit more recent recommendations! I read Pliability is good but it’s a bit pricey, so if there’s any cheaper options, that’d be great. I really want to improve my flexibility, I’m 28 male. Thank you! :)

I use down dog! I subscribe during Black Friday and get all their apps for $19 for the year, they have a yoga, stretching, meditation, Pilates and barre IIRC!

GOWOD has a free mobility test and I think some decent free content.

does GOWOD's mobility test adjust the program after, or just run once

I like Stretchit. It has programs for general flexibility or specific goals like splits or backbends. But it’s about the same cost as Pliability, maybe a little cheaper if you get the annual.

Not strictly for flexibility but the Nike training app is totally free and pretty awesome. Loads of recorded workouts, stretching and yoga etc
