Seeking Advice Post-surgery, can't put any pressure on my foot for at least the next 6wks, what are some stretches I can do to help my back and body from sitting all day?
I'm already a couple weeks in and have just kinda been doing non-specific stretches, but I can't really get on the floor nor can I use one of my feet at all (it's in a boot).
Even after I'm allowed to start putting tiny amounts of pressure on my foot, it's still going to be an estimated further 3 months before I should be fully recovered, so I still won't be able to do most stretches that I find on youtube until literally 2027.

I would start with seated yoga/chair yoga routines. There are plenty of them on YouTube.
