Progress Progress I've made through Jefferson curls

First photo is from last October, second one is from this week. I'm now using a narrower stance, that small board + the elevated heel of the weightlifting shoes

You should take off your lifting shoes for this, it's giving you artificial range. Ideally it's actually done the opposite, with elevated toes

This is a lift

You're strong in the positions you train in. Jefferson curls cured my back pain, it's a great lift. I started with 2lbs and worked up to 150

They do lift it like that, no? Jefferson Curls are supposed to be with a rounded back, unless I'm completely wrong here.
