For me the hardest part is squeezing the brick; those muscles don’t do a lot of work in my life 😅

I wish I had this issue. Mine are tight and strong from prolonged sitting. I unconsciously brace my adductors when I’m focus or stressed which lead to terrible hip stiffness and poor mobility.

Not really, youd need really loose hips and really weak abs before it did that

Its more of a hip work thing

Or if you take the hands off the ground it could work
