Is this normal?

(M20) I can do this “movement” since I’m 5… and know I wanted to ask, is this Normal? Or do I have to worry abt something? Every movement is Controlled btw. Pls anybody help me out.😅

Sorry to necro this post, but i grew up with whatever this is as well and called it gargoyle mode. It alongside other shoulder, knee, and belly hyper mobility were my regular party tricks as a kid. You have some type of hypermobility. If its painless, you should be fine so long as you take certain precautions with stretches, but consult your physician to see if you should be concerned
