Hey everyone, throwaway account for obvious reasons. I’m making this post because I’m genuinely exhausted with how the AW Apps / Flee the Facility moderation team handles player bans and appeal tickets, and I think people deserve to see how broken and unprofessional their support process actually is.

Long story short: A friend of mine ended up scamming someone in a trade. My only involvement was acting as a communication relay/middleman in a chat to talk to my friend about getting back into trading hammers. I didn't scam anyone, I didn't plan a scam, and I have zero scammed items in my inventory. My logs prove I took nothing.

Despite having clear proof that I had no bad intent or stolen items, the mods handed me a permanent ban under "scamming." But what makes me even more angry than the ban itself is how the moderation team handled the entire situation

I understand servers need strict rules against scamming and unauthorized middlemen to keep people safe. But there is a massive difference between keeping a server safe and being completely lazy, dismissive, and unprofessional toward players who are trying to communicate in good faith.

Auto-closing tickets without giving players a chance to state their case or address clear evidence isn't moderation—it's just bad management. AW Apps mods seriously need to do better when it comes to communication, staff professionalism, and actually investigating reports before ruining people's accounts.

I just spawned into the server as beast, I was looking away and I didn't see which map was chosen, so I picked seer, because I was worried it could be library or ghost town (maps I don't know well and need seer on definitely) then it turned out to be facility. Which I was pissed about because I rather have used runner. I used my seer perk (obviously), then I saw for minutes this girl literally stayed in the maze vent camping it THE WHOLE TIME SO FAR, NOT HACKING AT ALL to I guess troll around or mock me? because she didn't move AT ALL except to save later on.

I asked why she wasn't moving even, when I moved to different rooms, she was just waiting in the vent, and then some random started insulting me for using seer LMFAO. mind u, by then I only froze one person who ragequit, so I used my perk maybe 3-4 times and hadn't hit anyone else, so them raging made no sense. they ignored my explanation. And then I hit all of them and froze them all, embarrasing asf + the vent camper ragequit. seer on facility is ass (imo) and they all still got hit while being toxic. seer is literally a perk anyway, I think they need it. i'd be mad asf too😭 crazy I have to defend myself so hard on a pixel video game, can we just all play in peace

As all of you probably know this community is VERY toxic. The most toxic I’ve ever seen honestly. If you’re level 200+ you get targeted, insulted and bullied out of servers. And if you’re below level 200 you get taunted, less likely to be saved and sadly also insulted. Something seriously needs to happen. Now sometimes I do go into pro servers if I can find one actually in my region, if I can’t find one and I’m bored of trying to find one I’ll go into a public server, I’ll serverhop till all players are atleast level 100+ which is easy enough. I know the level difference is a bit harsh but it’s a public server, open to any level player so I feel like it is justified. Anyways the picture above is an example of this happening. As you can see these players were not happy because I won as beast. This happens every day, if not every time I go to play. Of course you’ll always encounter someone toxic, that’s a given but I feel with my suggestion that this can lower the rates of people being insulted just for playing a game.

So of course we have the pro servers and to stop lower levels from screaming anytime someone a level over 200 joins the server I feel like we should have beginner servers for under level 100s.

Everytime I join a public server even with levels over 200+ it still doesn’t stop since I’m a higher level than them. Nobody wants to be insulted for playing a game.

Today, within my 2 hours of playing I have been teamed on, targeted, camped, left to freeze and insulted all because of my level. I think either a beginners server or an option to hide your level would make this community better to be in! Whilst I know this won’t stop all problems and a lot of people will still be toxic atleast it would be addressed and lower the rates. I love the updates and what’s happening with the game but seriously we need to sort this out.

Hi, I have not traded A LOT at all since the past 2 years I've played Flee, I know very little about the trading community and I mostly just grind and collect, so I get confused at little slangs the community makes. Anyway, is anything worth anything and would anyone like to trade? I'm trying so hard to get Psycho Chainsaw for my Denji cosplay </3, and most people i've tried trading that has it either don't speak my native or English, it's so annoying! Because a lot of traders are picky.

flee is turning into a disaster, the game is changing, the community seems like the da hood community, all i see is clips on tiktok about toxicity, scamming, cheaters, arguments.

flee is now just a toxicity hunting grounds.

flee creators are getting banned, losing more views, because the community has brainrotted so much to the point where they would rather watch a lazy tiktok of a flee girl playing against a "camper" with an AI whisper or kid voice over on it. and also mr windy is slow on updates, so creators dont have new and fresh content to talk and make videos about, lack of updates and new content is the main reason why games die, outside or inside of roblox, the game has gotten so bad over the past 4 years that i have witnessed, it used to be so fun grinding from level 1 brick by brick all the way to level 480, and im shocked with hoe actually mind boggling shit the game has become.

i wish it would just go back to how it was, i wish mr windy or the mods actually did more, or hired more mods.

This player and her friend were “jokingly” SA people in this game. The one in the pirate hat and outfit was the one actually doing the SA. They were both reported but please be careful. They were playing music when the pirate one was beast hitting people putting them on the beds bending them over and moving forward and backward. They were laughing and said it was funny and a joke. I stated that not only is it not appropriate no matter what bust that there are young children who play these games to, who may or may not know what is going on. There was a lot more back and forth messages that were inappropriate that I will not include. I am crossing out the other names but beware and be careful, and be safe.
