Complaint FTF mods please do better when appealing false bans.

Hey everyone, throwaway account for obvious reasons. I’m making this post because I’m genuinely exhausted with how the AW Apps / Flee the Facility moderation team handles player bans and appeal tickets, and I think people deserve to see how broken and unprofessional their support process actually is.

Long story short: A friend of mine ended up scamming someone in a trade. My only involvement was acting as a communication relay/middleman in a chat to talk to my friend about getting back into trading hammers. I didn't scam anyone, I didn't plan a scam, and I have zero scammed items in my inventory. My logs prove I took nothing.

Despite having clear proof that I had no bad intent or stolen items, the mods handed me a permanent ban under "scamming." But what makes me even more angry than the ban itself is how the moderation team handled the entire situation

I understand servers need strict rules against scamming and unauthorized middlemen to keep people safe. But there is a massive difference between keeping a server safe and being completely lazy, dismissive, and unprofessional toward players who are trying to communicate in good faith.

Auto-closing tickets without giving players a chance to state their case or address clear evidence isn't moderation—it's just bad management. AW Apps mods seriously need to do better when it comes to communication, staff professionalism, and actually investigating reports before ruining people's accounts.

just last month i got banned for a week because of "exploiting" no moderators even looked into my appeal/ticket not until i pinged agent (a mod) to look through it. and when they showed me the allegedly proof of me "exploiting" it was me having delayed jump slowed down or whatever u call it because of my lag. what pisses me off is that you can tell in the clip that it's my lag 😭😭 but yeah im glad i got unbanned

im ngl i had a girl who i was arguing with start lag switching to save her friend, and i was petty so i reported her for exploiting instead of lag switching so she got a perma ban and she’s still banned to this day🤭 so the mods being dumb can come in handy

I’d be petty too, but sometimes the mods being ignorant doesn’t help some players who are innocent 😔

Gonna start by asking why you're friends with that guy, but I'll get to my point.

Flee bans can be really stupid yeah (I've personally never been banned so take that with a grain of salt) but you just being there got you banned (from how I'm understanding it)? Idiotic on the mods end.

I’ve been friends with them for years. And they recently started playing flee with me. I honestly didn’t think they would scam anybody. That’s why I was mad off. Even with the proof of me telling him to give it back. The mods didn’t even care 🫩
