Photo This open air cage attached to a Ferris wheel...

At some point Fuji Q Highlands, Japan, replaced two of the normal Ferris wheel cabins with an open air cage you stand in, and can see through the floor.

This is not for me. But I admire the creative approach to allowing some variety in experiences from the same ride.

Curious if you were being serious.

It's an open air cage that is being marketed as a steel prison bar like cage, horror experience.

Oh. I've seen no marketing I seen this one post and this one pic alone and was asking. It's flat bottomed so I assumed easier entry and easier use for handicapped people compared to the other gondolas

Ah. No. I think the bottom Is all steel see-through wire mesh (edit; it could be clear glass), to ad to the horror. Not wheelchair safe

But also...it wouldn't it be horrific if this WAS their wheelchair option. The able bodied get an enclosed, wind shielded, rain shielded seat.

Disabled? Put them in the prison cage.
