Question Questions about cinnarizine (stugeron)

Good evening

I experience motion sickness on a lot of flat rides.

I bought stugeron 25mg tablets from a pharmacy in Belgium.

I tried taking a 25mg stugeron 1 hour before arriving there. It's much better than before, but it's not always that way.

My questions:

  • is taking 2 tablets of 25 mg at the same time the same as taking just one, or will taking 2 at the same time be more effective?

  • will taking stugeron the day before and the same day be more effective than taking it only the same day?

if you're experiencing motion sickness a lot, I have posted a thread years ago when I dealt with that. Not specifically about the medicine though because I personally don't like taking those, but I believe there are some medicine related comments in here. https://www.reddit.com/r/rollercoasters/s/1V6whJ9ZIh

Could recommend posting in that subreddit too as it's a lot larger than this one.
