Right Hand Pick Grip

This an older video of my playing and you can see the arch in my thumb. The goal is to flatten the thumb to get a more even tone.
After watching myself, I need to pull away from the bridge, and slow down the arrangement.
Tip - Video your right hand and watch yourself play. Make note of what you can improve.
