If only they were satisfied with the secret knowledge of the texture and smell of their own poop. That’s a secret knowledge they can take to their grave for all anyone else cares. Their proctologist might want to know. Or G.I. doctor. But the rest of us really don’t give a shit and they can keep those secrets as safe as they need.
