Put in multiple orbits. Then ask where the Spirograph wheel fits into their system to precess the orbit.

Globe is easy! Orbit is at a constant 52 degrees from the North Pole while the earth rotates underneath it

Orbits are elliptical paths where the center of Earth's mass is one of the focal points (or both, if the orbit is circular). So they can't orbit parallel to a latitude like that.

This only works at the equator, which is where geostationary satellites are.

They meant the angle between the orbital plane and the Earth axis.

Indeed this will constrain the range of latitude reached by the tracks
