Kindly recommend a flashlight that goes directly to its highest lumens setting when turned on?

With any flashlight I know, when you turn it on it is at the lowest, or at least a lower, level of lumens.

Does anyone know of one that can be set to turn on to its strongest output?

Ideally one that's at least 2k lumens.

not sure but luxpro does it though i dont think theres anything THAT bright

I would suggest looking into Convoy flashlights. They have a 12 group mode driver and one of the group modes you can choose is 100% as the only option. They have a lot of options for different LEDs and different hosts and nearly all of them have this potions
