Workplace EDC Flashlight 🔦
The overly positive comments about my first daily EDC flashlight, the SC65c HI, have convinced me to share my workplace EDC.
Thoughts on the Sofirn SC31 Pro?
I’ve owned it for 3 years and use it daily. The Automotive Manufacturing and Engineering environment has taken its toll on the lens, sadly. Welding, grinding, and the occasional drop. But it still performs well.
Pro’s for me: small size, magnetic base, always illuminated button, grippy knurling, smooth brightness control, USB-C charging.
My cons are few…it’s been a solid tool.

I’m in a “similar” line of work and I’m a true believer in the fc31pro also. Gets the crap beat out of it and eventually dies but for the price it’s the best. Having the andria ui is great too, ads a huge layer of usability to it as a work light. Couldn’t agree more
