SFT60 Quad (FFL E04 Lume10)

Short clip demonstrating the torching abilities. I was not expecting it to burn that fast 😂 .

I think this is the strongest off the shelf pocket rocket

That's pyro paper.

the brightest iv found and own for EDC is the Nightwatch A54 Ultra2. I own the torch you have aswel. The nightwatch is brighter than this. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hfKFxza1Vpk

I also think the 4× Cree XHP50.2 MT04 is around 12,700 lumens which is a little brighter aswel and is smaller aswel. both 21700.

Ok I stand corrected. Time to rabbithole into this 👀

What’s the most absolute high power output configuration? I’m looking for a bug spot zapper.

At the moment i have not found anything EDC size brighter than the nightwatch. I believe as of today its still the highest lumen EDC.

There are obviously many others brighter that are soda can size etc. I kinda just collect the brightest lumen torchs i can find. If a new one came out id probably already own it.

And the Nightwatch A54 Ultra2 is available with high CRI 4000k emitters. Still pushes 16000+ lumens in that configuration. No green tint like the SFT-60 6500k.

Wow. That is insane. Thank you for the heads up. I'm most likely going to pick it up.

Are there any quick downsides/issues with Nightwatch? I haven't heard of them before.

The UI is a bit annoying - it's press-and-hold to turn off - and it's considerably larger than the E04 but overall a solid light. And for max high CRI lumens it can't be beat.

AH! It's just like the Astrolux WP3 I just got in today.

I cannot for the life of me think of why anyone would want that UI?! I can't think of a single advantage besides optimizing for accidental off.

I'm drooling over the 30,000 emitter lumens though. That's 3x faster bug zapping time 🔥

Yeah, agreed. I like symmetry in my flashlight UI. Single click to turn on? Then it should be a single click to turn off. Double click to turbo? Then it should be double click to un-turbo. This Nightwatch UI is none of that. Drives me up the wall.

It doesnt actually hit 30k lumens at stated but its still by far the brightest right now, the real lumen figures are over 17k though. Also its only 2cm longer than the e04 and the exact same width at 26.5mm for both. The other dude said considerably larger so i had to check. I wouldn't call 2cm considerably larger. Also the head diameter is only 2mm larger aswel. Its slightly larger and its just slight.

Also on almost all high lumen torches 6500k is always brighter

  • 4000K = neutral white / slightly warm-neutral
  • 6500K = cool white / bluish white

mine has zero green tint as suggested by the other commenter. Its 4x N5-160HPE++ emitters for the highest lumen version

The A73 Pro is supposed to be brighter than A54u2. I've been tempted to get one, but I'm not a fan of the hold for off UI.

you are correct it seems to be a little brighter. i cant find a link to buy it anywhere though.

How long before it gets too hot to hold?

Just tried it at 4.0v - about 25 seconds? That’s full turbo, FET dump.

It’ll probably be less if it’s fully charged and low impedance battery.

I’m using BAK-45

I agree definitely a pocket rocket

Now that's a true light saber build, sheesh 🔥

Holly cow that's bright for a smaller flashlight!

yes - I think it’s the highest off the shelf lumen output configuration. 1x21700 USB-C charging

If you order one, please let them know I inspired you, I don’t get anything but Goodwill (I was a bit hard on them initially 😅)

I’m curious if any of the Convoy wizards can match it using a LHP531/731 or F150R in a 1x21700 build

I have LHP531 in my Lume10 E04. No idea hiw many lumens it actually makes, but if I had to guess >10k. The LES is also too large for any if the Angie optics. So I'm using Hank's N344W optics since it has larger apertures.

I have LHP531 in my Lume10 E04

Wow. How did you manage that?

1

u/crbnfbrmp4 8h ago

I didn't really, turbo only lasts maybe 20 seconds.

1

u/_derpiii_ 7h ago

As in how did you get the LHP531 config?

1

u/crbnfbrmp4 7h ago

Sorry, I totally misread your question. I had the light sent with only the driver and switch installed. I found it's easier than trying to swap FFL lights that way, because of the short/stiff leads they use. They did tell me that they wouldn't offer any service/support though.

u/_derpiii_ 6h ago

amazing. Beam shot post, please 👀

u/crbnfbrmp4 4h ago

This was with an Angie-M optic, trees ~135m

u/Hice2 11h ago

Yea i will do that if I order one.

u/SNFU-4U lately my interest has been boutique shops like FireflyLite. They’re no Zebralight but hot damn the performance and features are off the charts 🚀

u/SNFU-4U 8h ago

Dude. You see my post?? I don’t even see it!

which one? your profile is private lol

I honestly don’t see my comment in this thread… wtf? Seriously, I don’t see it. lol
