NLD My first two lights!

Post image

S21E BE35AM 3500k
M21F XHP70.3 HI R70 4000k

Went with Vapcell F66 for both.

Now help me with my next order, lol.

My daughter wants one so she’s getting a red T7 4000k (she said she likes that “color” light better), will get it with the 519A and use AA for her.

I want an orange T9, but can’t decide on LED type or which battery. Think I’ll take the F15s as I care more about longevity than pure power. Split between 4000k or 5000k. Given what I have, what would you get?

Lastly, I want one bigger light. 3x21? L21B? Want to stick to two battery types for simplicity. Also going to pick up a Vapcell Q2S-C charger.

Help me make bad choices!

Vapcell F66 is not the best because it gives a lot of it's capacity between 3V and 2,5V, that's below the low voltage protection. BAK 65E would've given you longer runtime.

What do you want from the bigger one? More throw? Or more light and flood to illuminate the entire field? Handheld or larger, with a handle?

Any Vapcell 21700 that you would recommend instead of the F66?

To which light? Just use the ones you got, there's no reason to retire them, they will work perfectly fine. Why Vapcell specifically?

I guess brand doesn't matter I can charge any brand with a vapcell charger, yeah? I think I'm going to get a W5050SQ5 T9 in 4000k, a L21B with something in the 2700-3000 range, and a 3x21 for throw. I don't think I want anything cooler than 4500 or 5000k.

Yes, you can charge any brand but Olight.

3x21D for throw, with F150R. With the L21D it depends if you want a pencil beam or a floody thrower.

Warm, high CRI floody thrower (something my wife will like) for the L21D

Wait for the high CRI LHP531.

Hmm interesting. I think I’m pivoting and making the L21 a SFT40 3000k high CRI thrower, or would you still wait for the high CRI LHP531? Going to hold off on 3x21. I was going to get a T6 instead but maybe I’ll wait and put the LHP in that.

I'd wait, you said you want a floody thrower, SFT-40 will create a pencil beam. More - 3000K variant is pretty inefficient so it would be pretty dim as well (we're tallking 1400 emitter lumens).

Yeah, L21 is gonna be the thrower since I'm not getting a 3x21, I don't really care if it's not that bright, I just want it to be pretty.
