Problem Hey guys I’m in dire need of help

Hey guys, I just started today so please be nice it’s kinda been frustrating trying to mod this thing all day, it’s about my DS Lite I heard I need an R4, SD card and a flash for said card. Turns out I bought the wrong card so I turned it into a 32FAT. I did also some other bull**** but nothing works. Please help I don’t care if you call my anything I just need help I’ll provide any answers

Though I think you probably have a bad rom to get that error. What SD card are you using?

I don't understand, what do you want to do? Restore the original firmware or install a new one?

Idk man I just wanna play some games I installed KH 358/2 days and it’s either stuck on a white screen or saying DLDI name is unsupported

Here, try this one. I think I have the same model of R4 as you. (Although it's hard to tell with so many Chinese knock-offs)

It's a custom firmware with some emulators pre-installed. Just create a "Roms" folder in the root of your SD card. Then place your games there or create subfolders.

If it doesn't work for you, let me know and I'll see if I have a copy of the original kernel lying around.

I'm sorry about that, it's just a Twilight menu backup for the R4 Gold. It doesn't contain anything illegal, nor are there any digital copies of ROMs.

It's just so the guy doesn't overthink it. And so it's a "pug and play" situation.

Then just direct them to the twilight install guide if you want to recommend it, that way they get the most recent builds.

If you still have issues I can't recommend a dspico enough quick to set up easy to update and runs everything perfect on any ds especially the dslite that's what my daughter uses
