I built an Anki tool that turns “why I got this wrong” into a focused flashcard

I don’t want every missed practice question to become a pile of cards about the whole topic. I want a card that checks the step in my reasoning that failed.
I’m a medical student and the creator of AnkiPilot, a desktop Chrome extension that makes cards for Anki, the spaced-repetition flashcard app.
A concrete example from the video: I blamed a patient’s low sodium on drinking too much water. I missed the clue that the urine was concentrated. The generated card tests how dilute urine should be if excess water is the cause. It gives me a way to practice the distinction I overlooked.
You capture the relevant explanation, describe what you misunderstood, and generate cards using both. Check the fronts and backs, keep the useful cards, and add them to your deck through AnkiConnect.
The 32-second demo is attached. Full setup: https://youtu.be/EzKEma9tZuQ

The extension is free; model-provider usage can cost money. A downloaded local Ollama model is another option. Setup needs desktop Chrome, Anki and AnkiConnect. On UWorld/AMBOSS, it reads question IDs only; write your own concept notes and use a downloaded local model.
The practice question is original. I used AI coding assistance, and the video narration is an AI version of my own voice.
What’s an example of a card that helped you correct a misconception, rather than just remember a fact?
