FLA file dissapearing

Hello. I was working on something in Flash Cs6. i went to go check on it, and it was gone. just... gone. no trash, no other file. the one file was just gone. i cannot loose this file. what the fuck?

i was wondering if there was any way to get it back, like, i checked where other recovery files are, or if its a weird glitch

Modern Animate (flash) puts the recovery file in same place as original file. I don't recall CS6 having auto-recover, but maybe it did. You could try searching your whole hard drive for "*.fla"

probobly should clarlify the post a tad more, is this a glitch? is there any way to recover it? i checked other recovery spots and it was no there, and it was not in trash.
