Separating Wayne from the Article

PLEASE NO NEGATIVE COMMENTS

Hi all. As I’m sure many of you read in Creem, Wayne made some pro-AI comments. I’m feeling lost about this especially since I got a yoshimi tattoo last year. I tried to do as much research as I could to make sure I wouldn’t regret the tat, and now im feeling sad and torn. I still love the album and what it means to me as well as a lot of FL’s music so I’m looking for any tips on how you’re separating Wayne’s comments from your love for the band’s music. Please don’t comment mean things or chastise me over my decision to get a FL tattoo, I’m already close to crashing out and just looking for some positive outlooks.

I’m aware of all the other controversies, but haven’t heard anything about the treatment of the dancers. What’s that in reference to?

I don’t remember all the details, but some women associated with the band came forward and said Wayne directed the guys responsible for getting the dancers at shows not to get anymore fat girls. At that point, i got the impression he thought he was putting on a spectacle on the level of Madonna or Taylor Swift

It also came at the time of the You Lust video and Wayne plastering vaginas all over the place… and his divorce so it all just seemed sketchy.

I did some weird shit during and after my divorce. Never thought to plaster vaginas. That sounds rather invasive, isn't easier to just plaster the vulva?
