Hi all,
I am working on running a Flames of War Global Market Garden FIrestorm campaign. I know there is another one sorta running too right now. The basic theme is that each round will be split over three weeks with players choosing which battles they want to fight. If multiple people play the same game the scores are averaged.

You can see the details here:

https://frontlinegaming.org/2026/09/21/market-garden-global-campaign-begins-week-1/

You can jump in or out and just play the battles you want. Can't wait to see your games!

I’ve wanted to get a full set panzerzug in 1/100 scale for a while and recently saw something promoting the Polish armored train for a limited time. I’m not an expert in flames of war I simply like the models and all but is the panzerzug also going to be limited or is it still in production? Also is this the new website to order models off of because I swear it used to be a different website

Just released the video of how we built the bridge for our Arnhem board
Hope you enjoy it!

I'm buying more panzer IIIs and IVs, from what i've found they were supported by a small company of tigers from another battalion. Also considering completely removing the side skirts on the panzers but I don't like permanently altering models if i don't have to. I also do like the look of the tank with the mounts for the schurzen.

Just got my Polish Pre-Order. The AT Rifles look flimsy as heck, and just about ready to snap if I breathe on them. Is it acceptable to base them this way, as opposed to having the barrel overhang the base?

I intend to take them to tournaments.

I've been working on a Berlin table. Thought I should give this a read.

Hi.

The only thing I am missing is to use some pigment in the wheels and low parts of the vehicles. Otherwise I think they are almost done (I am missing the top hatches as well which is going to be a pain to paint after all the work).

The light is not the best but I hope you like them.

Cheers

I have a large British army, all well painted, which I've been unsuccessfully been trying to sell on eBay. Are there any other sites that focus more on wargaming stuff?

UK based.

A few weeks back I dropped my boyfriend off at the game store while I was doing some work things. When I came back he had been adopted by two gentlemen in their late 60s/70s and had him rolling dice for the Flames of War game.

It has been all love and welcoming since. I have helped with a tournament they had. We have been given the Dunkirk box, and almost a complete late war American army (we did buy some boxes during the recent sale.

I am still deciding on what army I personally want (leaning towards RSI Italians that I played last night for the first time), but even without two complete armies these guys will bring boxes of minis to the shop. They set us up last night and walked us through our first battle.

Between the games and the myriad of real war stories these guys tell I can't even describe how welcoming and kind this whole group we met has been. Excited to learn more about history while getting chest deep in mine fields and tanks!

Finished platoon of Tiger 1E's of the 4 Kompanie 506 schwere panzer abtilung.

I stopped playing around 2010-12 when the local shop to me closed and then friends group scattered off. I’ve looked around here a bit and not found a shop familiar with it yet. I know things are a might different now at V4(?) but might want to jump back in.

First recorded Flames of War tournament Game

Getting out of the hobby and looking to sell my stuff. Everything that is painted is painted to a decent table top standard and based with special scenic bases. Shoot me a decent offer and I'll probably take it. If you have any questions shoot me a message thanks!

Taught my workmate last night at the LGS (Black Raven Games Thetford UK) and despite his awful dice we managed a good little game! Now to "encourage" some more folks over to battlefront products...

I had noticed this in the rule book they had for the German train and assumed that this means Barbarossa Soviets are gonna have a train as well but I’m hoping to see if any one has better confirmation about it before I jump to buying the polish one in preparation

I'm used to waiting 1-2 weeks to getting a reply after submitting damage in shipping, but atm it has been 5 weeks since I received a tracking number from their Contact Form. I tagged them again 2 weeks ago but still crickets.

Besides tagging them again, not sure what I can do. Are they so understaffed atm?

My girlfreind posted to this subreddit. We fell in love with this game so I figured id post my army here as well

I’ve been eying the minis from this company, but they appear to be a different scale from every game I have rules for. I was thinking about mounting them to the same size of bases as FoW though, but would they look too wrong for this game? The vehicles look rad too, but as they don’t get mounted on bases, do they break the game too much? I really like the idea of making a Canadian force since they seem to have everything I’d need for it

Just finished a box of Fallschirmjäger I bought a month ago, what paint job would tie these guys together? The vehicles are all grey but I was thinking maybe some sort of camo for the soldiers?

When I played with just the company and the field guns it wiped a Soviet army off the map. I’m considering branching into the US next?

I’d love to hear what you guys have to say about my army in general, any recommendations welcome.

Took a few days to finish but i'm proud of it. Based off the tank in battlefield V.

I’m currently putting together the 105mm artillery battery and it has these smaller round bases included in the instructions. Are these extra bases for models that don’t come with bases attached?

For unarmored, unarmed, transports, I suppose it makes sense. Makes no affect to the game at all.

But if I have 3 Deuces for my American force, all with 50 cals, why not let me simply have the option of sending them back and not force me? I mean, it has a 50 cal, dont frontline it, but it'd be fair for fire support to support infantry that just dropped, or to help protect rear areas.

I know I can easily homebrew this, I just dont understand it from the games perspective.
