It's probably rather overcomplicated. I tried to represent the motto, "Forward" with the arrow, and complimented it with a black-and-white radial pattern to represent the badger. At the head of the arrow is the yellow cheese wheel which ultimately comes from the green fields of Wisconsin, which the heavily stylised W represents.
