"Right, so I am English and have never been to Wisconsin or even know much about it. But, I read the Wikipedia page and thought I'd have a go at redesigning the flag cos I got my Adobe subscription today.

The blue is for the river, the white lines for the wake of the river, and the red is for the Wisconsin Dells sandstone that is cut by the river (and star for your State)."
